Do you know that on 13 November 2023 the EU published an update to the North Korean sanctions (in relation to Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 of 27 May 2016 and Council Regulation (EU) No 1509/2017 of 30 August 2017), which is based on UNSCR 1718 (2023) which was published by the UN on 29 June 2023! When you use sanctions lists for screening purposes, we advise you to not only incorporate the "Consolidated EU sanctions list", but make sure to also incorporate the UN Consolidated list, or, ask your data provider whether they deliver both and use both. That way you are up-to-date.
