Are you aware that the EU published sanctions against Guatemala under Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/254 accompanied by Council Regulation 287/2024 which describe the sanctions the EU installed against Guatemala. These sanctions consist of "restrictions on admission" and "freezing of funds and economic resources". Since there has no names been published yet, SanctIO determined the risk regarding Guatemala to be low, which will be raised to medium as soon as names are added by the EU.
